sharonbenson788 @loumpie hi. The whole thing is glass. It’s made from pieces of glass that you put in a kiln long enough glass to fuse together. Sorry I don’t make plates. The gold rim is glass that I painted with gold paint. Same for the blue color. Hope that helps.
