michellearnette @eringobrah it’s showing that straps are adjustable with the holes on the strap. You can make it long for crossbody or short for shoulder bag length.

michellearnette @eringobrah no it’s not broken. It pops up to go in the strap hole (to adjust length) and locks in place. The only issue with the bag is the hair line scratch on the front clasp shown in the last photo
