For a 30 inch waist but adjustable from 28 to 31 with the 3 leather straps and buckles. Has looos in back for a sporran belt. This is an acrylic kilt hence the affordable price! Well worn but no stains or holes. Bottom is not hemmed, selvadge is a little rough (that’s how it came). Made by Scottish Design Tartans. Length is 23 inches. This is the tartan of the province of Ontario. Closes on the left which is traditional for males but kids kilts can go either way.
