Bracelet with Attached Ring

I think this is called a slave bracelet and both the ring and bracelet are adjustable for sizing. I purchased this at a consignment shop a few years ago and was told it was made in Israel and it was silver. There is no silver stamp so I think it is silver plate instead. I purchased as is and only wore it a couple of times so I want to pass it along. Total length is 8”.
