Braided 2 sided sterling chain Italy

I’ve always referred to this type of chain as a flat snake chain. Sterling silver made in Italy. It needs a clasps which should be simple to add. 18 3/4” long. I can add a sterling lobster clasp but I would think it deserves a jewelry repairman to solder one on. One side is flat but turn the chain over and it is diamond cut. Only one style at a time but 2 necklaces in one.
