fit like a smallish medium. i am a med and i have worn once or twice but don't reach for these. fabric is a nylon mesh on the exterior for both and against the skin is a comfortable and soft lightweight knit. elastics are still in great shape. only washed max 2 times each and i never put them in the dryer.
