Brand NEW XL Dog helios red weatherproof insulated heat-retention jacket. I really wanted this to work for our dog, but it was just slightly too small around the neck. It has reflective heat-retention technology. And it’s waterproof like a rain jacket. It was tried on for a few seconds, and had never been used otherwise.
