Brand Name/Designer Signed Oriental Needlepoint Pillow Case/Cover Vintage

This is a like new travel size pillow. Not sure if designer or hand made?? It has a signed name that starts with "H" Has a 2 snap removable pillow insert. It measures about 12" x 13" x about 1" thick. Great for travel or kids. Thanks for looking.
