Brand New Made in France Vintage Elegant Long Black Floral Skirt

Elegant long black skirt, great for evening wear. Made in France. Vintage. I bought it for a special occasion but didn't attend so I never wore it and have kept it in it's brand new condition with label attached. Skirt: measurements approx as material is flexbible: Waist: 14 inch Hip: 16 inch Length: 40 inch Note: material is stretchy and waist has drawstrings, so it fits different body sizes. When I bought it my measurements were waist 26, hips 35 inch, and now when I try it on ith waist 29 hip 37inch it still fits. 100 % polyester Flat lay measurements are approximate.
