alexrumble @fashionisneed Yes I am a true size 8. I have heard that people typically like to size up in Manolos though because the shoes are made more narrow compared to other brands.

alexrumble @fashionisneed I have a pair of the Manolo Blahnik Hangisis which are a 38.5 and they fit perfectly! So I would definitely say 38.5.
