Brand New Red Lace Mini Dress

Strapless. New with tags booboo dress. Perfect Condition. The tag says size small: US 4, Eur 38, UK 8. But the fit is definitely a double extra small or smaller. I posted a picture of the waist measurement which shows you it’s a smaller fit. It’s honestly such a cute dress with a really pretty colour and lace pattern but it’s not my size.
