Brand New Tutu

Tutu length 11". 3 layer brand new tutu. Dress up tutu, Halloween costume, birthday outfit, photo props, little girls gifts. ✿✿Waist: Elastic waistband stretches from approximately 16 to 34". The waist fits most from baby to small size adult. Satin covered waistband for added comfort. ✿✿Tutu length 11". Fit from infant(ankle length), toddler (tea length/around knee length) up to 10yrs(mid thigh length), even adult (super short length). Please check last picture for your reference. 🌈TO WASH THE TUTU: Spot clean with soap and water, rinse, straighten and let dry. Do not ever wash in the washing machine. If your entire tutu is dirty, hand wash gently in the sink. Rinse well, and hang to dry.
