Brand New prom dress/ wedding guest dress, never worn.

This dress is new with the tags still on. Bought it for an event that was cancelled and haven’t been able to find an occasion to wear it to. It is a beautiful baby blue color, with adjustable straps, open back, and a tulle skirt with leg slits. It is a size large.
