Brand new- Black formal wide leg pants with belt

Brand new black formal pants that have wide leg and belt attached (belt is more decorative than functional though). They are size 3 as per tag but fit 25/26 and fit low rise. They are quite long on me (I’m only 5’3”) so I would say they’re like 31” long at least.
