Brand new Halston wrap waist poplin skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @summertimer. It’s super cool, but I’ve just never ended up wearing it. It’s a nice structured cotton, with a tie-wrap effect meant to give a sense of a men’s dress shirt tied around the waist. Waist: 17”
