Brand new Samsoe Adela Blouse

bought this at Hills in Vancouver. brand new with tags. cute wrap tunic type blouse in a thicker crepe material. there are two buttons on the inside and outside for a slight adjustment (about an inch) in the waist/hip area of the wrap. fits true to size and maybe tough for bigger busts. offers welcomed.
