Brand new, unused (the protective film is still on the tag) AUTHENTIC Return to Tiffany&Co dog collar. Purchased from the Beverly Hills location (Rodeo Drive) in March 2022. This was a present for her gotcha day in May… epic fail. She refuses to wear it due to neck pain (arthritis) and it can no longer be returned. Retails for $445 before tax.
