Brand new, blue, medium, mini dress from Zara with tags

I bought this beautiful blue mini dress (size medium) online from Zara and had to up a size. I waited too long to return the dress and Zara didn’t take it back because there was a new collection out. This dress has all the tags on and was not worn once. This dress is super comfortable. It’s a wrap dress and ties at the front.
