bebeevelyn Do you happen to have a waistband measurement? I looked on the 1861 site for reference but some smalls are 28" and others are 30" lol

theposhstop @bebeevelyn sorry for the late response!! the skirt is about 26inches. when I lay it flat, its about 13 inches across. I hope that helps! lemme know if you have any further questions!
