Brand new dress bought April 2022. Never been wore outside store.

I bought this dress April 2022. Brand new dress. Original price $1800 but was discounted. I got it for $795 plus tax. I originally bought the dress and the store manager told me I could get it altered to my size. It is 3 sizes to big on me and could NOT be altered. It is meant for someone bigger chested and is measured at a size 10. I have now bought a different dress and I am trying to sell this one.
