@curvey4u It's hard to explain. I've added two more photos to show. It's a modified bell sleeve - almost looks like a wing, with a slit that runs up the underside. The key is the cut and the drape of the fabric which creates a bit of a natural ruffle.

The last photo is turned around, and my spouse is holding the end of the sleeve with his finger so you see the cut of the blouse sleeve.
