Brand new never worn blue heels

Brand Shelly's London Size 7US, 37.5 EUR Color blue Material suede The heels are brand new but there are some marks on the inside part of the right heel, but it was like this when I bought them. Seems like it's some sort of glue mark, but cannot feel it when worn.
