Brand new olive green utility dress with pockets and belt, button up closure

I purchased this new from Venus in the USA and can't return. It was just a little too big on me, as I am normally a med-large and size 8, but they were out of the size 8. It is great quality and brand new. I removed the tags to wash and see if it would shrink up a bit, but it didn't. Material is thick and sturdy so it covers everything. No stretch. Buttons up the front so you can wear as a vest too, or layer a long sleeve underneath. very versatile dress, and I wish it fit me better 😔 It is mostly cotton and can be machine washed, but I lay flat or hang to dry.
