tankzip @helenjansen45 the waist is 25 inches from the buckle to side (so 50 inches circumference). And it is 84 inches from the armpit of the dress down to the bottom. The material is stretchy so will have some give in the middle. With the scalloping at the waist it is flattering to hide that area.
