Brand new with tag Marchesa Notte light blue sequin dress size 2

Brand new with tag Marchesa Notte light blue floral printed sequin tea-length dress size 2 (style ID is N31G0912). The dress is a full sequin fitted dress with a V neck, velvet trim, cap sleeves and slit at the back. Other than the sleeves, the dress is lined. There is a small stain on the velvet trim in the chest area (picture 10 is the overall area and the stain is circled in picture 11). I purchased it online and it is too small (smaller than another size 2 dress from the same brand). Originally over $800 and I bought it at about $350. Approximate measurements (measured flat): shoulder 37.5cm, bust: 35cm, waist: 34cm. Full length from the shoulder to the hem: 124.5cm.
