Brand new with tags Dolls Kills XXS black tulle tiered skirt

Brand new with tags. Ordered to wear to my birthday but ended up choosing something else to wear. Waist is a soft elastic trim but XXS is best fitted for a 24.5 or smaller waist. Perfect for a stagette, Vegas, Rave, Coachella! Skirt is very full and needs to be hung. (I stored it in a small zip garment bag and hence the light wrinkles and bunched up tulle before the I took the photos.) An absolute head turner attention grabbing skirt.
