I purchased this STUNNING dress for myself but alas, I am too short and it is too expensive to fix. This dress is high quality!! Belt NOT included as I purchased without a belt. UK Size 16 Measurements are: Shoulder to Waist - 16" Bust - 20" laid flat Waist - 17" laid flat *The fabric does have a medium amount of stretch.
