Brash Black Chunky-heeled Booties

New without tags. They have been sitting in my closet too long. I can't wear heels anymore so they have to go. The block heels are 3 inches in height. The circumference at the top of the boot is just over 9 inches, but it is slightly stretchy as well. There are a few scuff marks shown in the last picture.
