Brass 7.5" Decorative Double Handle Vase with Red Enamel Outer Finish

Double handle brass vase has glossy red enamel finish on the outside with blue & gold flecks. Inside of vase is brass (no finish/coating). Has 2 rings through the small handles. Vase is 7 1/2" tall x 4" at widest part. Good pre-owned condition, there are a few small scratches to the enamel near the base.
