Brass bell 9" tall. Looks like a school bell and I think the handle is metal?

This is an attractive 9" Tall brass bell. The shape is that of a school bell. I believe the handle is also metal as it makes a metal sound when I tapped it. The bell is made in India that is know for its brass items. I have owned this bell since the early 1990s. Pre-owned but carefully used. There may be some minor marks or rubs. See photos. But overall in great Pre-owned condition. I am willing to bundle to help you save on shipping. I am happy to answer all questions before you buy.
