Brass/silver toned wine goblets

I obtained these gorgeous wine goblets from my in laws estate sale. They appear to be either silver toned brass composition or true silver plated. Requires some polishing but it looks like the one bottom section was scratched and not sure why. It has a description on the bottom of the maker but I can’t identify it even when I searched online. These could be used for flower arrangements, large candle holders or as is for decor. I personally wouldn’t serve wine in these. Lovely set Beautiful decor statement
