Breezy floral romper

Off-the-shoulder romper with spaghetti straps and 3/4 length tie sleeves. Light, breezy material. Elastic waist. In great condition (only worn 2 times). Two tiny pulls in the front (see photo) that are not visible unless you’re in very bright light.
