The bowl has ruffled edges with different shades of pink. It can also be used as a trinket dish or candy dish. Or even just as a wonderful display dish. It is unsigned but Handblown. In good condition, shows normal wear consistent with age and use. Some of the gold has rubbed off and now looks faded which is expected for a piece this age.
