Bridgerton Inspired Dress

Very old dress in need of some TLC. Lots of alterations have been made to it and its very tight across the shoulders. It ankle length. There are many loose threads. It look relatively good on the outside, though. Very pretty blue and reminds me of the dresses from bridgerton. Smoke free home Very willing to take lower offers
