yesjessicamoss @heathergoodw605 Hi! The fullest part of the bust is 21" (53.5 cm) across, so 42" (107cm) circumference, and under the bust is 18" (46cm) across, 36" (92cm) circumference. It's got a lot of stretch in the fabric so it's quite flexible and pretty forgiving. Hope that helps!

yesjessicamoss @heathergoodw605 I wore this when I was a 38E (only time I ever wore it), and there was definitely room to spare. You might find it too low cut? yesjessicamoss @eccentrichippie Widest part of bust (armpit-armpit): 21''. Underbust (above natural waist):20.5''. Then it flares out, so there really isn't a hip measurement (A line style skirt). There is a lot of ruching and stretch to the material, it would fit someone whose measurements might be bigger.
