Bright blue Torrid cut out skater dress

Hardly worn, excellent condition. Scoop neck fit and flare or skater style striped blue dress hits just above the knee. Torrid size 00 or US size 10 Fits pretty true to size- some stretch Fabric has slight stretch and a fun texture with a decent weight to it. Skirt is pretty flared and has good twirl! Cute cut out in back! Tag says 2016 collection! Love this one, just a bit snug on my chest.
