Bright blue and black with silver detail knee length dress with spaghetti straps

Like new show girls dress. Fitted through the bust and ribs flairs out at the waist. Has loops for a ribbon belt, I used black. The flowers on the skirt are a velvet with silver glitter, the bodice is black lace with silver thread. Worn once at a wedding size medium and has some stretch. Very comfortable and flattering on.
