Brilliant placement for belt fit Carrie Bradshaw

This vintage skirts is tagged a size 78. But fits more like a size 2–4. Is so reminiscent of Carrie Bradshaw! I remember seeing how Patricia Fields styled her for this ugly wedding dress shopping with Miranda scene, and thinking, how brilliant is it to take the belt off the skirt and attach it in the high rib! And then pair it with a crop top. this could be done over a body suit or a blouse as well! As you can see, the skirt I have has a matching belt in the same fabric. She’s in pretty good condition for her age. I paired her with a sparkly bralette that is too pretty to be worn under anything so it needs to be worn out! This outfit should be worn together, but I am willing to separate them as well. Please DM me.
