GUC (I take excellent care of my clothing). This is a crowd pleaser, and I always got compliments when I wore it! The top part is a soft jersey fabric and the bottom is cotton. The black waistband has elastic so it provides some stretch. I love the blue colour on the skirt - very vibrant. From Brooklyn Industries in NYC.

Can you provide the width in inches of the chest and waist?

@kmacdonald__ Hi! Pit to pit is 16.5 inches and waist is 13.5 but both have some stretch.
