 Manual typewriter made in Nagoya, Japan. Brother brand, step 89. The backspace, the bell, the shift keys, carriage lock, margin setters, ribbon, the paper guide & the paper release lever all work as intended. Also comes with the original case which has a comfortable handle. It’s Vinyl & equipped with a metal clasp. The overall condition is very good. All of the letter keys type well & the Brother machines functions as expected. Please note that the carriage return lever is missing . Also, please note that there are signs of some rust & the case is in a used condition too. The Brother Echelon typewriter would be ideal for collectors or to complete your decor. It will also be a unique gift. It can be used for display purposes like home decor and events such as exhibitions and weddings. It appeals to all generations.
 Could use a little internal cleaning (as seen in last picture) but external is in pretty good shape , see all pictures. This typewriter was tested and it works great. It will need a new ribbon (for just $10) when I typed with it the print was starting to look a little light. Typewriter has a few marks around the sides and at the back (all shown in the pictures) Due to the weight of this typewriter, I will only be able to ship locally.
