Brown Blazer Jacket Fits 10 12

It is a size 5 but it must have been wrongly tagged because it is much larger The Bust is 40 inches. Even though it is fully lined, 40 inches corresponds to a size Large or 10-12 So I have no choice than to place it in the size 10 category It is in very good condition but there is a small spot on the collar which seems discolored (see close-up)
