This is gorgeous! Really chic! Could be casualized and elevated. Looks equally chic with a t-shirt and a blouse. Love the wide waist band that cinches the waist! Gave that oomph factor! You would love it! Too tight for me but my loss is your gain. Measurements were done to the best of my ability Waist: 13" across Hips: 27" across (lying flat - skirt is beautifully voluminous!)
