Brown Leather Men's Dress Shoes

These dress shoes were purchased in Brazil a few years ago. They are a size 39, which is pretty much US 9 1/2. I don't wear them enough to justify keeping them. They have scuffs and signs of wear, but they are in good shape. I'm unsure if they are made of real leather or not.
