Brown Midi Skirt with a side slit & lining

*damage to the lining as shown in the last picture (outer appearance is flawless) Says size small but more like size 0 or 23ish. I normally wear sz 2 or 25 but this is way too small and my hips don't fit. Beautiful design and material is so soft and drapery.
