Brown Pitcher and Cups Set by Beauce

A brown pitcher and cup set made by Beauce in Quebec, Canada. There are 5 cups and, being hand made, they are all slightly different in size. The pitcher is curved with a handle and I cannot find any noticeable wear. They are overall brown in color but are speckled with a great deal of white in them. Beauce was a once iconic ceramics company that was created to stem the population drain in the rural Beauce region by giving locals more opportunity; it closed in the late 1980s. The pitcher is about 9 1/2" tall, the base is 3" and it is 4" in diameter at its widest. The cups are just over 2" tall and 2 1/4" wide though they vary.
