Brown Wilfred mini dress

Brown mini dress, brand is Wilfred free. Size small, material is 90% polyester, 10% spandex, but it feels like suede. In regards to the fit, it's low cut and very short on me (5'5", 130lbs). it's tight around the bust and tapers out slightly from there. The hem is unfinished.
