Brown cognac stacked heel vintage knee high boots size 37

These beautiful rich cognac color boots are great for fall. Unknown brand. Size 37. They have beautiful thin belts encircling the shaft with brass hardware. I am unsure of the material. It has the look of leather but seems a bit thin to be truly leather. Shaft height is 15 inches from top of boot to middle of the heel. 3 inch stacked heel. Good vintage condition. There is some darkening at the front of right boot seen in the photos. The stacked heel is in pretty good shape with only a small corner peeling on the right boot shown in the pictures.
