Brown dress w/ floral white/green (Brand: Ika)

This was purchased while travelling abroad in China. The brand is called "Ika" and it indicates a size 38 EUR, but it is much more definitely a size 4 to a 6 as the conversion suggests 38 EUR is a size 8. I've listed it as a 6 as I fit size 6 consistently.
