Hard to exp the construction of this dress…… It is all one piece. The dress is connected only on one side and the other simply slips over your shoulder. Union made. Fabric unknown Made by Diamond tea gown. Very lightweight comfortable and easy to to wear Ptp 23” Hips 27” Length 54” Shoulder to shoulder 16.5” Dress fits me perfectly and I’m 5’8 and L or size 10
