Brown or tan plaid midi skirt

The fit is fit and flare, there’s elastic but just at the back, no stretch in the fabric and not tagged. Comment if you have questions or want try on, sorry I’m lazy !!! Goes to just under the knees. Fits a 27 pants waist but ofc has some stretch, I’m a 29 now and it does up but looks too tight
